These terms govern your use of fave.work. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
fave.work lets you keep your work in one library and publish curated portfolios from it. The service is offered free of charge at this stage; features may change over time.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since login uses email links and codes. Provide accurate information and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
You keep ownership of everything you upload or create. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process and display your content for the purpose of running the service (for example, generating optimized image versions and serving your published portfolios). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload, and for ensuring it does not infringe others' rights or the law.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of it, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of important work.
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fave.work is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
